Is Pulse only an anesthesia company?
No. Pulse Anesthesia Consultants is the clinical/corporate foundation, while Pulse Global Consulting Alliance is the broader transformation offering spanning perioperative operations, capacity, same-day joint replacement, flow, implementation, measurement, and scaling.
Does every patient belong in a same-day joint-replacement pathway?
No. Same-day joint replacement is not one-size-fits-all. Patient selection, clinical judgment, medical and social factors, local resources, perioperative readiness, and post-discharge support all matter.
Can Pulse guarantee a particular savings or ROI?
No. Preliminary models can illustrate opportunity, but realized economics depend on institution-specific costs, payer mix, demand, staffing, contracts, and the ability to use released capacity.
Do we need to build a new OR or ASC?
No. Pulse first assesses whether useful capacity can be recovered from the existing operating model. New infrastructure may still be appropriate, but it should not be assumed before embedded capacity and workflow constraints are understood.
Is this preliminary assessment the final consulting report?

Pulse Advisor Privacy Notice. Pulse Anesthesia Consultants, P.C. is responsible for the purposes of the Pulse Advisor consulting experience. Aljafar Technologies Inc. operates the technology supporting the bounded consulting-review workflow on Pulse's behalf.
This notice covers the AIS-hosted Pulse Advisor embedded experience, including the conversational assistant, Preliminary Transformation Assessment, consulting-review submission, related consulting communications within that experience, and supporting security and administration. It does not describe independent components of the surrounding host page outside the embedded experience. It is separate from Pulse's patient-care privacy documentation and does not replace any applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Depending on how you use Pulse Advisor, the service may process ordinary business contact information; institution or organization information; institutional and aggregate assessment inputs; conversational questions or messages; submission and routing information; required acknowledgements; and technical, request, device, diagnostic, or security information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.
The durable consulting-review submission is data-minimized. It contains the bounded business-contact and institutional assessment information used for Pulse review. The chat transcript is not included in the submitted Lead record.
Pulse uses information to provide the requested experience, calculate and display the preliminary assessment, review a potential consulting request, communicate about that request, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.
Pulse Advisor may use an external artificial-intelligence service provider for conversational assistance. The AI conversational path is distinct from the consulting-review submission. Conversational AI is not the authoritative calculation engine for the Preliminary Transformation Assessment; defined deterministic application logic remains authoritative for assessment arithmetic.
Information may be disclosed to authorized Pulse personnel, Aljafar Technologies, and service-provider categories supporting hosting and infrastructure, backend/database functions, artificial intelligence, transactional communications where enabled, and security or technical operations. A provider does not necessarily receive every category of information.
The Global/KSA selection is an explicit operational routing choice. It does not by itself determine residence, citizenship, applicable privacy law, or the existence of a local Pulse legal entity.
Personal information may be processed in the United States and other provider locations. Where applicable law requires a particular international-transfer safeguard, Pulse will use an appropriate mechanism for the verified processing flow.
Retention is purpose-based and depends on the information, consulting relationship, security needs, legal obligations, and verified provider lifecycle. The final operational schedule remains subject to mandatory production verification before publication.
The intended initial configuration of the AIS-hosted Pulse Advisor embedded experience does not use Pulse Advisor personal information for targeted advertising or advertising profiles and does not introduce advertising pixels. Those statements remain subject to final Production verification of the AIS-hosted Pulse Advisor experience before publication.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or destruction, copies, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal where applicable, or regulatory complaints. They do not govern independent components of the surrounding host page outside the embedded experience and do not replace a signed consulting agreement, engagement letter, statement of work, or other written agreement with Pulse Anesthesia Consultants, P.C.
Pulse Advisor is an institutional consulting and preliminary operational-assessment experience. Merely using the site, running an assessment, or submitting an assessment for initial review does not create a physician-patient relationship or formal consulting engagement.

Submitting an assessment requests Pulse review of a potential consulting opportunity. It does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement, book an appointment, or itself create a consulting contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public Pulse website, Pulse Advisor, and preliminary assessment features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit Pulse to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the public service, including lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data where such exclusion is lawful. Liability under a formal consulting engagement is governed by the applicable consulting agreement.
These public Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to mandatory law that provides otherwise, disputes concerning these public Terms may be brought in state or federal courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Massachusetts. These public Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or include a class-action waiver.
The submission form separately requires affirmative agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement that the Privacy Notice has been reviewed. That control is distinct from the separate no-PHI/preliminary-assessment acknowledgement and does not serve as blanket consent to every personal-data processing activity.

Aljafar Technologies Inc. operates the Pulse Advisor technology layer on Pulse's behalf for the bounded institutional consulting workflow.
Relevant categories may include ordinary business contact information, organization information, institutional and aggregate assessment information, conversational inputs, submission and routing information, acknowledgements, and technical or security information reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service. Patient-identifiable medical information and protected health information are not intentionally requested and must not be submitted.
Required review-submission information includes the institution or organization name, contact name, business email, selected routing market, assessment context, and required acknowledgements. Business phone and title are optional.
Pulse uses this information to provide the requested institutional experience, operate the deterministic assessment, review and respond to a consulting request, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Saudi legal-basis notice: for the bounded institutional inquiry flow, where the Saudi PDPL applies and its conditions are satisfied, Pulse may rely on legitimate interests for responding to the requested business inquiry, operating and securing the service, preventing abuse, and maintaining proportionate business records. Pulse documents the purpose, necessity, reasonable expectations, and balancing assessment before relying on legitimate interests. This workflow does not use legitimate interests to process sensitive data, and another legal basis will be used where applicable law requires one.
Material technology-provider categories supporting the current Production architecture include application hosting/runtime, backend/database and secure document storage, conversational AI, and transactional communications where that path is enabled. Current Production providers include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, and Resend where transactional email is used. A provider does not necessarily receive every category of information.
Pulse is a United States organization and Pulse Advisor uses infrastructure that may process information outside Saudi Arabia. The current Production backend is hosted in the United States. Where Saudi transfer rules require an appropriate safeguard for a covered transfer, Pulse and its processor will maintain an applicable safeguard recognized by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) for the verified transfer relationship. SDAIA identifies Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Common Rules, and qualifying accreditation mechanisms as appropriate safeguards in applicable circumstances. The specific legal characterization of a transfer depends on the parties and data flow involved.
Operating retention schedule: submitted preliminary assessments and associated business contact information that do not become a formal consulting engagement are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction; routine application-controlled technical/security metadata for up to 30 days unless needed for an active investigation; security-incident records for up to 3 years after closure; and privacy-rights request records for 3 years after completion. Formal consulting engagements follow their applicable engagement and legal-record schedules. Provider-controlled copies follow the provider's verified lifecycle and applicable contract.
Subject to applicable Saudi law and exceptions, individuals may have rights concerning notice, access, obtaining a readable copy, correction or completion, destruction in applicable circumstances, withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable legal basis, and complaints to the competent Saudi authority.
Privacy requests may be submitted to ghassan.aljafar@pulseanesthesiaconsultants.com. Pulse may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, locate the relevant records, protect against unauthorized disclosure or deletion, verify an authorized representative, or clarify a request.
Operational status: Saudi Arabia / KSA review routing is available for institutional consulting requests. This does not authorize patient-level or PHI processing, does not create a Saudi legal entity, and does not mean every use of Pulse Advisor is governed by Saudi law.
Selecting “KSA” is an operational routing instruction. It does not by itself determine residence, citizenship, Saudi-law applicability, or legal jurisdiction.

Pulse Advisor — Qatar Privacy Addendum. This addendum supplements the Pulse Advisor Privacy Notice when Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy applies to the relevant processing.
